2021 Recap – New Features, Modules and Updates

2021 was an exciting year for MyHub, with the launch of a range of new features, modules and tons of updates to make your MyHub site even better!

Here’s a recap from 2021…

• The introduction of the new Files module to replace the Document Exchange – this migration continues and should be completed by early February
• Updates to enhance Office 365 Single-Sign-On including the option to only import select groups of users
• Integration with Canva – use Canva to build images in the News and Banner modules and Rows
• Row columns – the introduction of the option to add 5 and 6 columns to rows
• Adding images to Rows, you can upload your own images, choose from our templates library or build them in Canva
• Updates to the News module including a simplified process to add a post, the option to set the author and remove comments on a per post basis  and new layout options
• Updates to the Banner module including a simplified process to add a banner and moving the control options below the banner so they don’t obscure the banner image
• New Icon module – choose from over 4,000 icons, then set them up as hyperlinks to files, pages and websites
• New Button module – set the button size, shape, color and button text, then set them up as hyperlinks to files, pages and websites
• New Heading module – in addition to the module heading/title option you can now quickly add a Heading module to any column
• New Text module – a great alternative to the Text/Image/Video module, quickly add text to any column
• New Video module – quickly add videos from hosted providers like YouTube, Vimeo and Wistia
• The ability to quickly duplicate a module on the page
• New search filtering option to help reduce the number of search results
• Module spacing option – this  feature allows you to adjust the spacing around modules to help with module alignment on pages
• New Signature field in the forms module – you now have the option to capture a signature on automated forms
• Site Settings – enhanced options to increase the font size in a number of areas including the main navigation, change colors, fonts and the option to add custom CSS to your site
