Applicant Tracking System

An applicant tracking system (ATS) is a software app designed to help streamline recruitment. ATSs are also sometimes called talent management systems. You can use an ATS to post job openings on various job boards, store applicant data, and screen applications based on keywords or set criteria.

Some advanced ATS options can also handle onboarding, training, and succession planning.

ATSs are available for businesses of all sizes: from enterprise-level companies to SMEs. Many companies find an ATS saves time and improves efficiencies.
