Blended Workforce

A blended workforce is a mix of full-time, part-time, temporary, freelance, contract, and permanent workers.

It’s a flexible approach which gives organizations opportunities to scale up or downsize in response to changing demands. Furthermore, it widens the available talent pool and can save money as you don’t have to offer full benefits to all workers.
